John P. Koepke is a founding Partner of Red Chalk Group and has greater than 25 years of experience serving senior executives seeking unique insight and resolution to their most challenging and urgent issues.
Prior to founding Red Chalk Group, John spent 6 years as a consultant at McKinsey & Co., assisting senior level executives develop winning strategies and address the related issues associated with organization and governance, marketing and sales, technology and innovation, operational performance, product development, and capital investment/transactions.
Since founding Red Chalk Group in 2006, John has led the firm’s successful development as a premium provider of strategic consulting services addressing growth strategies, disruptive technologies, M&A due diligence, and intellectual property advisory and transactions. Under his leadership, the firm has served more than 250 global clients on 1,200+ engagements. John has served both domestic and international companies across a wide range of industries and technologies including Diversified Industrials, Oil & Gas, Private Equity/Investment Funds, and a broad range of Technology companies.
John received a Masters in Business Administration from the Harvard Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree, Magna Cum Laude, in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois.
